ORGANIZATION OF EVENTS

The Wine Academy is a truly unique structure because it gives you the opportunity to enjoy yourself while learning about quality wine and food products in different highly prestigious settings. The courses and events can take place in the classroom, the restaurant or the terrace, given the Academy is located in a wonderful four-store palace of the 16th century right in the centre of Rome. We are happy to host couples, small groups of wine lovers or even bigger groups of visitors to Rome. We w ould like to suggest the following:

• A tasting of four or five wines for those who do not have a lot of experience in wine tasting: you will improve your tasting skills and get to know some Italian wines.
A panoramic tasting on Italy’s most famous wines, a tasting dedicated to food and wine pairing in order to make a great success out of your dinners (All these tastings can be combined with a lunch or a dinner at the restaurant with a menu chosen to match with the wines).

• For those who would like to organize a buffet, lunch or dinner in our settings, by themselves or for clients, we will be happy to offer you the possibility to be accompanied by one of the experts of the Wine Academy. Our expert would illustrate the wines paired with the food shortly, talk about tasting techniques or other topics. This brief presentation would last about 15 to 30 minutes with a wine expert of worldwide fame who would help you, in an entertaining but profound manner, to make your lunch or dinner (and your or your clients’ entire stay in Rome) truly memorable and unique.

• The LIBRARY which has all the fundamental wine literature in exposure can host up to 24 people, it is particularly well-adapted for private work lunches or reunions.

• The WINE BAR, furnished with a welcoming hearth.

• The GARDEN, located right by the Spanish Steps, can host up to 60 people sitting; it is perfect to organize cocktails, private lunches, banquets and tastings.

• The CELLAR, located by the garden is furnished with wines of all regions and can be used as private room for lunches or tastings, for a maximum of six people.

• The TERRACE, located at the upper floor of the palace, offers a unique view, it is the perfect location to organize cocktails and aperitifs for a maximum of 100 people.
