SHORT COURSES ON ITALIAN WINES

COURSE A
Wine Appreciation Half Day Course (minimum 4 people)
A one and a half hour course concerning the principal wine producing
areas of Italy and where their wines are discussed. This is a practical
course, in which five different wines are tasted and you will learn
about the most interesting producers as well as about the best
quality/price wines. Hints about wine and food pairing.
A three lunch or dinner at AROMA del Palazzetto restaurant follows in
which you can learn some of the basics of food and wine pairing.
Price: € 125,00 per person (tax included) including the
three-course lunch or dinner.
• COURSE B - Wine Lover’s Choice minimum 2 people
A one and a half hour course in which we look at a particular type of
Italy’s wines. Four different courses are available : white wines, red
wines, dessert and sparkling wines, and wines made from native Italian
grapes. This is a real “private lesson” on wine with our known expert
and is the best possible way to get to know well those wines you’ve
always heard about. Included, is the tasting of five wines (for those
non expert in wine tasting the basics of wine tasting shall be reviewed
quickly to ensure all can enjoy themselves).
Price: € 90,00 per person (tax included)

Reservation policy: To secure your reservation please ask for our
credit card details form. The booking can be cancelled without charge by
email or fax up to 7 days prior the fixed date. After that term the
total cost of the course will be charged to the given credit card. These
courses are limited to a maximum number of 30 people. A 10% discount
applies for groups of more than ten. All tastings in Italian, English
and French if necessary.
