SHORT COURSES ON ITALIAN WINES

Wine Appreciation Course minimum 4 people
• A one and a half hour course concerning the principal wine producing areas of Italy and where their wines are discussed. This is a practical course, in which five different wines are tasted and you will learn about the most interesting producers as well as about the best quality/price wines.
• A three or a four-course lunch or dinner at AROMA del Palazzetto restaurant follows in which you can learn some of the basics of food and wine pairing.

Price: € 180,00 per person (tax included) for the four-course lunch or dinner ; € 155,00 per person for the three-course lunch or dinner.

Food and Wine Appreciation Course minimum 4 people
• A one and a half hour course in which we discuss and analyze the basics of food and wine pairing, with an illustration of principles and fundamental rules that apply. Five wines are tasted during the course.
• We follow up with a three or a four-course meal at AROMA del Palazzetto restaurant specifically designed to highlight both good and less ideal food-wine combinations.

Price: € 180,00 per person (tax included) for the four-course lunch or dinner ; € 155,00 per person for the three-course lunch or dinner.

Wine Lover’s Choice minimum 2 people
• A one and a half hour course in which we look at a particular type of Italy’s wines. Four different courses are available : white wines, red wines, dessert and sparkling wines, and wines made from native Italian grapes. This is a real “private lesson” on wine with our known expert and is the best possible way to get to know well those wines you’ve always heard about. Included, is the tasting of five wines (for those non expert in wine tasting the basics of wine tasting shall be reviewed quickly to ensure all can enjoy themselves).

Price: € 120,00 per person (tax included)

Private Label Course minimum 4 people
Private Label Course 1:
• Two-hours in which the principal wine producing areas of Italy and their wines are discussed. This is a practical course, in which five different wines are tasted and you will learn about the most interesting producers as well as about the best quality/price ratio products.
• Two hours in the company of a wine producer to analyse his way of working, the running of a wine estate, then followed with a tasting of five of his wines.

Price: € 250,00 per person (tax included)

Private Label Course 2:
• Includes everything mentioned above plus the addition of a four-course lunch or dinner at AROMA del Palazzetto restaurant.

Price: € 300,00 per person (tax included)

Reservation policy: To secure your reservation please ask for our credit card details form. The booking can be cancelled without charge by email or fax up to 7 days prior the fixed date. After that term the total cost of the course will be charged to the given credit card. These courses are limited to a maximum number of 30 people. A 10% discount applies for groups of more than twelve.
