SPECIAL COURSES

These are short courses designed for those with a little less time and who wish to learn about wine in a less structured manner and who wish to try many different wines without too much theory. Each course consists of five lectures that are shorter than those of the regular courses, lasting slightly less than 90 minutes (instead of the usual two hours). The majority of wines tasted are Italian, but some foreign wines are included in order to highlight differences, for example between a Napa Cabernet, one from Tuscany, or one from Bordeaux.
