WINE TOURS

These wine tour and restaurant options have been specifically created for you by our wine experts so as to guarantee the visit of a high quality, up-and-coming or well established Lazio winery (or wineries) in conjunction with an excellent, authentic meal far removed from the tourist beaten track.

The Academy expert will be on hand to guide you through the Roman countryside and detail the foods and wines that you shall be enjoying during your meal.

The "Country" and the "Gentry" offer you the possibility of trying an authentic italian meal prepared with authentic market-fresh ingredients prepared in either a rustic, countryside mode (the "Country") or a more modern, absolutely delicious revisited experience (the "Gentry").

Each dinner will feature some little-known and more famous wines chosen to match well with your meal.

The "Sybarite" is an especialy wonderful option that also allows you to meet a world reknowned, Michelin starred chef who will be happy to explain his cuisine, as well as try fine wines from Lazio.

 - specifically designed 8 course tasting menu for lunch or dinner in an elegant, Michelin starred restaurant with the presence of the chef and owner who'll explain the dishes
