MEMBERSHIP
The International
Wine Academy of Roma is managed by the WAW srl and has more than
2700 members throughout the world. To participate in the courses and
events of the Academy, it is required to become a member: you
automatically become a member when participating in your first
event, tasting or course, given the membership fee is included in
the price. However, you have other possibilities as for the choice
of the membership:
Member: 20 Euros/year
Silver Member WAW: 65 Euros/year
Includes a silver-coloured numbered card, one free event you can
choose per year (value: Euro 35,00), and a copy of the DAgata &
Comparini guide book on Italys Best Wines 2007 (value: Euro
17,00). Silver Academy members wil also be able to subscribe to
foreign and italian food and wine magazines at a specially reduced
price. Furthermore, all new silver members will benefit from these
opportunities for the duration of their one year membership, even if
they were to join before a special offer is made available.TWO

Gold Member WAW: 100 Euros/year
Includes a golden numbered card, one free event you can choose per

discount on all the other books and guide books, the ties and other
gift ideas from the Gift Shop Academy, a 10% discount on Wine Tours
and the participation in 2 events every year organized exclusively
for gold members. Gold Academy members wil also be able to subscribe
to foreign and italian food and wine magazines at a specially
reduced price. Furthermore, all new gold members will benefit from
these opportunities for the duration of their one year membership,
