The Palazzetto Restaurant is one of Rome’s finest dining spots and features classic Italian recipes with a modern twist using local or hard-to-find ingredients. One dish may feature chicory or pennyroyal grown in a garden right on Rome's doorstep, while another will highlight the excellence of the rare agneau de Pauillac or the Chianina beef.
